[Liquid Ocelot had only been in this building for a day. He had yet to gain any comprehension of this place, despite being told the basics of what the Nexus consisted of. It was troublesome, to say the least. But he had been called here for a reason, so he believed. In his self importance, he truly believed he had been beckoned to these strange surroundings because he was needed.

Something needed to happen. There needed to be a change. And he was going to be the one to do it.

His plans were going to follow out, one way or another.

Across the entirety of the Nexus, a voice crackled out over the overhead speakers, picking up on codec and on other walkie-talkies. A familiar cackle, followed by a stern voice.]

The system is mine. Your weapons are no longer under your control. Your guns are useless!

[Go ahead, try and use them. All weapons, guns of all kinds are entirely useless. And for once... there is peace within the Nexus. In the physical sense.

This may backfire, of course, and end in anarchy. But it's something that Ocelot is willing to chance.]

((ooc: As it says~ All weapons are now incapacitated. You may also suffer a sever wave of nausea, or you can try and track Liquid Ocelot down.))

[A Liquid Ocelot appears on the rooftops. He is staring out across the railings, eyes scoping down to the Nexus below. His entire surroundings have changed from his last whereabouts, and confusion stiffles onto his face.]

[Naturally, he remains calm, but his eyes sharpen beneath his sunglasses propped against the bridge of his nose. He stares down at his walkie-talkie, firmly in his grasp, listening to the static motion on the other side. It was clear he was out of range.]

This is not the Middle East.
