It's...rather like the feeling I had the week before FOXHOUND rebelled. As if there's some sense of unease in the air.

I've experienced this particular sensation before; last time it was followed by an attempt on my life. I should get in touch with my Otacon...perhaps we can develop some preventative measures or simply mobilize Philanthropy against whatever it might be.
