[Snake... well, this Snake, anyway. Is out doing recon again.]
[He hasn't exactly told anyone where he's going. He did leave a few cryptic notes for those closest to him, that basically said, 'Out on recon. Radio silence.' Helpful, yes?]
[He is doing some hunting related to that '99 Big Boss. And right now working through the maze of ducts that litter the building. Of course, he knows any Big Boss smart enough wouldn't have ducts he could access... but that's not why he's there.]
[He's carefully looking for places the ducts have been cut off or blocked. As it stands to reason, any place you want to hide from a Snake, is a place you don't have air ducts. This did lead him to find something. But if it's actually that Big Boss's he's yet to figure out.]
[Snake slipped out of the duct and back into a hall after hitting his seventh dead end. Those dead ends seemed all end in the same area. He mumbled something to himself then marked on a scrap of paper.]
[The paper being a map of the duct work he's been through. He wasn't dirty and sweaty going in, but he sure is now. Not that, that matters. He took break to sit on the floor and review his map.]
...hope I'm wrong...
