[White Day was a particularly interesting holiday that was mostly celebrated in Japan. It was traditionally a time that enabled men to confess their love to women. Japan wanted to outweight the balance of Valentines, so that men had a day to confess their love, too.]
[Otacon didn't need any confession of love, considering her relationship with Diana, it was not applicable, but holidays seemed to put Halie in a chipper mood. She was excitedly bustling around the kitchen on the first floor, making white-chocolate desserts; cookies, cakes, chocolate, marshmallows. White flowers decorated each of the tasty goods. They were all lined up on a table, pre-packaged into smaller containers in preperation for those who wanted to confess their feelings to whomever they had their eye on.]
[She looked really excited - even if not all of her baked goods were turning out as good as they could be. She had been up early in the hopes that everything would turn out decent in the end, because everyone in this hell hole needed a little cheering up.]
[There was also some alcohol and wine that she had found, piled up along the table to go with the delicately created goods.]
((ooc: LOVE AND PEACE, YO~))
