[Solid Snake was not shocked by the sudden arrival of the madman and dictator Vermon CaTaffy. To Halley, and to the rest of the world, it always felt like CaTaffy had never left.

Dropping into a stance reminiscent of a tiger about to pounce, Halley considered drawing his Baretta, but decided it wouldn't be a fitting end to this. A bullet in CaTaffy's brain would be too simple, dispassionate! A man like this evil killer needed a personal death!
