Better than a fairytale

Everyone has heard the story of Hansel and Gretel. They get sidetracked in a forest and are led to a mysterious looking house made out of gingerbread.

And of course, being that this was a Nexus, similar situations had to apply here.

As it just so happens, that fiesty Ocelot was walking down the hallway, attempting to figure out what to do with the build up of energy inside of him. He stopped abruptly, lifting his head and picked out a scent nearby.

Chocolate.

Immediately, he followed the scent that stopped at a brown door. Seeing as he was named after a feline, curiosity took hold of him and he pushed the door open. Inside the room was a small lane, and at the end of that lane was a house.

A house made out of chocolate.

Baffled and yet allured by the sight, Ocelot had no choice but to step inside and make his way down to the edible home.

You better stop him or join him, or he'll try to eat it by himself.

Is that so?

[He steps closer, following the lane up to the house.]

That it does.

[He wanders along the house's perimeter, visually inspecting the uneaten parts.]

You just found this here?

Maybe this is happening because of you.

[Big Boss just might be catching on to a trend; at least, he thinks he is. He watches Adam gnaw on the house and he blushed a bit. This may be the most surreal thing he's seen since he's been here.]

I am sure that in some way this is your fault.

...

[He takes the flower and tries his best to not let it show too much just how touched he is by Adam's words and his actions.]

Thanks.

Whenever this sort of room happens, you're always near by partaking...I think the Nexus is getting these ideas from your desires-

Inside? Hnn. [He doesn't look as if he wants to venture in the chocolate house.]

[John waits for him to return. He's not trusting the stability of a building made completely of an easily digestible and meltable substance.]

Hnn. I am a 'favorite thing'?

[identity profile] old-papa-john.livejournal.com 2009-11-25 01:11 am (UTC)(link)
Hnn. [He glances away, clearly uncomfortable with Adam being so frank about this.]

[identity profile] old-papa-john.livejournal.com 2009-11-25 05:20 pm (UTC)(link)
[He quirks a brow. That was...unusual.]

Really?

[His tone was almost sarcastic and filled with disbelief.]

[identity profile] old-papa-john.livejournal.com 2009-11-25 09:37 pm (UTC)(link)
Can you, really?

Hnh. [He scoffs.]

Read me now. What do I want to do right now?

[identity profile] old-papa-john.livejournal.com 2009-11-26 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
You're wrong.

Hnn, I am disappointed. It appears that you don't know me as well as you think you do.

[He actually wanted to plant a kiss on him, but since Adam guessed wrongly, he won't be doing that.]

[identity profile] old-papa-john.livejournal.com 2009-11-26 01:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes. It's not as if you could read my mind, no matter how much you wish you could.

[He pats Adam on the shoulder.]

You don't need to read my mind, Adam. You accept me as I am. That's enough.

[He removes his hand and returns to peering at the candy house curiously.]
