MEANWHILE, WHILE LB'S HUSBAND IS WHORING IT UP...
[Wondering why the hallways hasn't been filled with the sounds of Laughing Beauty's compulsive laughter lately? Well...even if it is compulsive, LB hadn't had much to laugh about lately. She thought that marrying Thomas would bring her endless amounts of joy, but since even the night they got married on, it seemed like there was one thing after another that kept tearing them away from spending time with each other. Even when there was nothing, it seemed like her own husband didn't want to be around her. Or at least, she couldn't make him happy. So naturally, she was feeling a little down about it.]
[The last couple of days had been especially depressing. There didn't seem to be any signs of conflict anywhere, but yet, she hadn't seen Thomas anywhere, lately. So instead of wandering the halls, LB had been sticking to their home, hoping he'd come back...hoping he didn't get trapped in a room somewhere. Although he should have had his radio...why hadn't he called her?!]
[The last time she spoke to him, he seemed depressed about killing a girl, and told LB that it wasn't her fault that he acted like that...but at the same time, she couldn't bring him out of the slump either. What was she doing wrong? Was she not doing enough? Or did she just simply not make him happy anymore?]
[These string of thoughts might seem a little bit paranoid to the normal person, but LB was most definitely not normal in the head. The one thing she feared, above everything else(even dying and octopi!) was losing her husband. And being alone, with those paranoid-stricken thoughts for the past few days were not helping her too much. In fact, she was in a similar state as Thomas was, the last time she saw him.]
[So LB was in their room, chopping carrots for a new type of soup she found in a cooking book. The steady, rhythmic sound of the knife hitting the chopping board did a good job to keep her wandering thoughts in check, as she occasionally let out a dull sound of laughter. Well, her husband was always hungry...maybe if she made him some food for him to come back to, maybe he'd seem happy to be around her, for once. Even if he didn't come back tonight, soup was at least something easy to heat back up. So maybe he wouldn't have a reason to run away from her again. Maybe she wouldn't have to go on a killing rampage just to spend some time with her husband.]
[But for now, all she could do was wait.]
((Go explain yourself, you cheating whore! >:V You know who you are! <3))

Because I haven't seen too much of you lately, haha...
[LB then smiled wanly at the Calorie Mate.]
Is that right?
[Her smiled faltered slightly.] I take it that you've eaten then.
[Damn, so much for that plan...]
no subject
I only had an apple and a Calorie Mate.
[He decides to ignore the first statement for now.]

[She turned back around to work on the soup.]
So, where have you been? Ahahahahah... [Did she even want to know?]

[Or rather, who the hell were you spending time with? >|]

[:|]
no subject
You spent all this time recruiting one guy? Eheheheheh...what did this recruiting entail?
no subject
[Lieslieslieslieslies]
Oh... you know... it involved... stuff...
[Lieslieslieslies]
no subject
[She sighed, pausing in her carrot chopping.] If you did something bad, you might as well tell me now, heheheh...
[Before she heard it from someone else. :|]
no subject
[Lieslieslies--]
...Fine. I slept with him in order to gain his trust. Mother wanted more force on our side. I'm sorry.
no subject
Heh. And why was it that you were the one chosen to do the job?
[Her face then shifted to one of disappointment.] I thought we agreed that you would tell me when something came up, ahahahaha...
no subject
[He sighs.]
I just didn't realize I'd be gone so long.
no subject
[She had met Volgin before. With how messed up his face looked, she figured he'd be into someone burnt, covered in hornets, or maybe even someone over 100 years old.]
And did it really take that long to..."recruit" him?

no subject
[Even if she was concerned about her friend, her mind still lamented over the new information.]
So how often do you do your "recruiting"? Does it make you happy?
no subject
[He frowns.]
No, it doesn't! Why would you think that?
no subject
[She stopped chopping, placing both hands on the counter, looking down.]
Because it seems like I can't make you happy anymore.
no subject
[He leans in to stroke her hair.]
Of course you make me happy. I've just been... in a bit of a rut lately. I'm sorry. I know I'm no fun like this.
no subject
[She leaned into his touch, missing it, but still frowned.] If I made you happy, you wouldn't be in a rut in the first place, ahahahahah...it seems like ever since we got married, you don't want to be around me...
no subject
[He rubs his forehead.]
I'm not avoiding you, Sarina. I just... have to obey Mother's wishes. My job can be pretty demanding at times.
[He pulls her close.]
I still love you more than anyone else.
no subject
Eheheheheheh...you know I love you back...but it seems like you take that for granted sometimes...we never do anything anymore...
no subject
[He wonders if she's getting ready to leave him. He would deserve it if she did.]
I'm sorry.
[It was all he could say, really.]
no subject
[She closed her eyes, sighing.] Is there something...or someone that makes you more happy than I do?
[Her lips trembled slightly.] Because...I want to stay with you, haha...but if something makes you happier, you don't have to lie to me...
no subject
[And Fear would go after Ocelot himself if he decided to suddenly make the B&Bs sleep with people.]
Nobody makes me happier than you do.
[He takes her hands, looking at her sadly.]
If I'm not making you happy, you deserve someone else. Someone who can make you happy. You don't deserve to sit at home wondering where your husband is. You deserve everything anyone could ever give you.
no subject
[She wanted to be angrier with him, but as he looked to her and admitted that no one else made him happier, her resolve crumbled, feeling oddly guilty about her attitude, even if he was the one who should have been feeling guilty!]
How often do you have to do this...? Why did you never tell me, until now?
[LB then wrapped an arm around his back, burying her head against his shoulder, crying into it.] Dammit Thomas! No one else can make me happy! I just feel...so alone without you!
