[Sm is wandering the hallways in a green dress. She felt kind of awkward since she was looking for a man who usually wore a fish... But they agreed to meet and go to dinner yesterday. For her it wasn't really a romance thing, more of something to pass the time. Besides she had never been on a date before, the results could be interesting.]

[He arrives sans-fish himself, dressed in a black suit instead of his usual brown one.]
Nice~ [Definitely still staring]

Ah, there you are.
[She smirked a little.]
Glad you like them, but where are we going to eat?

disturbedpretty little head.I know a great restaurant here. [He hold out his arm for her]
Shall we~?
no subject
Lead the way.
[Sorry I have to tag slowly for now]
Hope you weren't waiting long.
Its okay, I will be tagging slowly too x3
Nope, I had just started looking infact.

[He presses the button for the elevator, and steps inside with her when it does]
So what's been going on with you since we first met? Anything interesting? [Pressing the button for their floor]

[You know, freaking out and all that usual junk :\]
Although I somehow ended up with a kid for a few days once... And there was that time all those people where running around here... Well I guess it really hasn't been that boring after all...
[She gave a nervous laugh]
[OKAY, I should be better at tagging today XD]
...Hngh. So there a room that gives people kids, huh? [He makes a mental note to avoid the hell out of it]
[When the doors to the elevator open, he steps out with her and heads down the hall]
Almost there, babe.
Yay :3~!
You're not much of a kid person are you?
[Not that she was really one either.]
Good, I'm starving.

[Gary continues walking arm-in-arm with her until they reach the double-doors. He pulls one open.]
After you~ [The man gestures her inside the rather fancy restaurant. Candlelit tables, classical music, large decorative fountains- you name it. It's there.]
no subject
[She could understand. It was hard taking care of her 'kid' for just three days after all.]
Thank you.
[She looked around, taking in the beauty of the restaurant.]
It looks wonderful.

[She sat down.]
Usually when I explore I only run into trouble.
no subject
[He also takes his seat, across from her] I guess it all depends on what you define as "trouble".

I was also forced to sing a few times. But hey, I've got some pretty good pipes. Then there's those times I got put in some pretty wild clothes...
...All in all, it was nothing serious. [Gary removes the top off of a large dinner plate in the center of their table, and smirks.]
Heh. Looks like we're having fish. [A large flounder, specifically.]
no subject
[Well nothing that you would bring up on a first date anyways >.>]
Well at least this fish smells good.
[She laughed lightly.]
no subject
[He lifts the eating utensils from a napkin and begins cutting the flounder with a knife.]
But enough about me. I'd like to hear more about you.
no subject
[She sighed.]
And it seems that wandering is all I do anymore, that or read...

[Gary rests his elbows on the table, not taking his eyes off of the woman.] Were you born with them?
no subject
My powers are... more manufactured than anything...
no subject
Then you were unwillingly experimented on.

At that point in my life... I didn't really care what was happening to me. I... I just let those people do what they wanted to me.

[It should be quite obvious at this point that a good deal of his interest in her stems from his journalistic fascination with the paranormal.]

[She held a napkin in her hand, and in a few moments it had started on fire.]
But otherwise that's it.
[She could tell, but she really didn't care either way.]
no subject
[A short laugh] You really are something else, babe.
[He places a large piece of the flounder onto her plate, then his own. Gary then begins eating.]
Couldn't help but notice that accent of yours. [Chewing] Where are you from?
no subject
[She picked up her fork, but she didn't start eating yet.]
I was born in Brazil. Where are you from?
[She's hoping for the subject to change :|]
Computer broke. Using my sister's laptop :(
Heh. The Big Apple~ New york City. Though I was born in Buffalo.
D:
