[After talking to Para-Medic again while being handcuffed with her, Otacon had realized that the two of them hadn't spent an awful lot of time together, despite having a few similar interests. Not only that, but Jane seemed genuinely interested in the world of the 'future', and movies. There was so much Halie wanted to show her friend.]

[As the 24 hours had passed by, Halie had left a little note for her friend asking her out to see a movie, considering Jane had suggested that while they had spoken. In heightened spirits, the nerd had puttered out and was waiting in the lobby outside of the theatre. She had some popcorn and drinks in her hands, waiting for Jane to arrive.]

[A bit of a mumble, taking a small bit of chocolate. He's not even sure Hal will turn up, or if he knows he's even here.]

[He tosses him the rest of the bar. John's got little interest in movies-]

[He shrugs, however.] If you say so... Did something catch your eye?

[He blinks, looking at him.]

It doesn't matter if you stay or not. Someone else will just take your seat.

[Assuming that there would be a full house, of course.]

Uh... The movie titles. Something catch your eye?

Nah. I don't come here for the movies.

I just come here to relax...sometimes to catch a nap. No one usually bothers me. I can go places here and sort of just...disappear.

[He rubs the back of his neck awkwardly.] _{Hnnh... Are we invading your space?}

Nah. This is a theater. It's empty more often than not...and nice and dark. Movies bore me so I tend to doze off. I figured it could help and sometimes the sound helps drown out the noise in my head.

[Snake used to doze off watching movies or television in front of the couch. At least he knew where he got it from now.]

... another Snake? [Notices the eyepatch.] Wait a minute... Big Boss?

You don't have to go. I haven't even introduced you guys yet.

[He stops and turns back to face them both.]

[He shifted in his seat.]

Uh... This is Hal. [Trying to encourage them both to shake hands.] And this is John.

[He mumbled under his breath to Otacon.] _{He doesn't like being called 'Big Boss'.}

[Winces.] Okay. Do I just call him 'John' then? That's a little too familiar, isn't it?

[Gets to his feet, hand outstretched. Good thing they're sitting in the back seat and he's not blocking anyone's view.]

Hello, sir. As you probably already know, since there's quite a few of us around, I also go by the name Otacon. It's... umm... it's a real pleasure knowing your son.

[It is downright uncanny how much he looks like Snake. Otacon knew Snake was a clone, but to be confronted with the knowledge firsthand... he tries not to stare.]

[He gives this Otacon a very firm handshake.]

[He remembers Snake talking about this Big Boss. He's the one who's younger than Snake by a few years.]

[That knowledge does not make him any less intimidating.]

Y-yeah. [He wonders if Snake's told BB about their relationship. And if so, he wonders if BB approves.] He's a really great guy. Philanthropy wouldn't have gotten anywhere if we didn't have him.
