Let's go to the movies!

[After talking to Para-Medic again while being handcuffed with her, Otacon had realized that the two of them hadn't spent an awful lot of time together, despite having a few similar interests. Not only that, but Jane seemed genuinely interested in the world of the 'future', and movies. There was so much Halie wanted to show her friend.]

[As the 24 hours had passed by, Halie had left a little note for her friend asking her out to see a movie, considering Jane had suggested that while they had spoken. In heightened spirits, the nerd had puttered out and was waiting in the lobby outside of the theatre. She had some popcorn and drinks in her hands, waiting for Jane to arrive.]

[A film sounds good right about now. Snake slips his way through the theatre and settles on the back row, sitting in the farthest corner away. He may or may not be wishing to spot a certain someone in here, but he doesn't get his hopes up.]

[Ah, the movies! Passing by, the structure reminded Ivanya of her Para-Medic, how she wanted to spend more time with her, and...

Hm, they never did get to their movie date, did they?

She decided to hang around.]

[Para-Medic had mentioned that there were a number of people she had promised movie-time to~ And Halie would gladly disappear if it was a date Ivanya was hoping for with Jane.]

[She noticed the woman from afar, but had no clue who she was. Her eyebrow raised slowly, curious.]

[She nervously plucked up the courage to approach the woman.]

U-Um... Are you waiting for someone too?

[Oh, this was the woman who made those sweets once, right? (Ivanya could never forget a giver of food.) She didn't know her name, but she couldn't be all that bad.]

Not completely, but if it shows upward, then that would be immense.

[Otacon blinked, tilting her head as the familiar accent rolled out. She scratched her head.]

Right... _{Well... ah...}

Do you want something to eat while you wait? [She hands Ivanya the popcorn.]

[Mama sits off by herself, a large bowl of popcorn and plenty of snacks in hand. Because that's how she rolls.]

[This isn't the type of place one would see Sniper Wolf in but none the less, she's here. With nothing to do and the Nexus at her feet she finds herself at the movies.]

[So now she's sat somewhere at the back with a small box of popcorn that she has procured from... somewhere.]

[And Halie's heart skips a few beats against her chest.]

[Maybe this Wolf wasn't male, or from her time, but... She was beautiful. And no matter what the gender was, Otacon was attracted to Wolf.]

Wolf takes a quick glance around the room, she had that strange feeling that she was being watched. It was enough to put her on guard.]

[Part of her is glad that Jack isn't here to complain about how real spies are nothing like James Bond.]

[Otacon flusters more and tries to keep her eyes from glancing over, once Wolf lifts her head. She feels her toes curling into her shoes, embarassed for unknown reasons.]

[The feeling is not yet gone so Wolf takes a slower look around the room, her gaze idly picking out other faces. She spots the crazy Russian lady, is that Solid Snake? And--

Ah.

One Halie Emmerich.]

Halie?

[Halie attempts to calm herself. She regally rights herself, keeping her eye on Wolf now that their eyes have met. She can't look away, even if she wanted to.]

Wolf--!

[Wolf scoots off of her seat and quickly makes her way to Halie, popcorn in hand.]

Are you waiting for somebody? You looked awful lonely. Even the wolves become restless without company.

[Raven would be proud.]

Ah... Well, I was waiting for a friend of mine, but--

[Halie eyes that popcorn, and then lifts her head to get a better look at Wolf. Her knees were quivering.]

Was? Please tell me they did not abandon you.

[She tilts her head the slightest at that look and lifts the popcorn up a touch. Hearing Halie's voice drop has Wolf doing the same.]

I am glad to hear that. If you ever need me do not hesitate to ask, okay?

They haven't arrived yet. I'm sure she's just busy or something...

[The dip in Wolf's voice seems to get a shiver out of Halie. She swallows thickly, nodding feverently. Could her face get any hotter?]

Oh, thank goodness for that. It would be terribly rude to have such a lovely lady waiting. If you want I could stick around until she arrives?
