He's Liquid smooth, ladies.
Okay, heroine, set me free.
[As Liquid lay in the pilot seat of his now crashed Hind D, he watched Snake bring up her Desert Eagle to his forehead. He was surprised that she was willing to put him out misery, considering her reaction to his causal flirting in the torture room.
Hearing a quiet, sobbed "Goodbye," he knew why Snake was doing it. Otacon or, rather, Mei Ling. Poor girl. She was rather nice and quite cute, to boot. Liquid wished he had gotten a chance to know her better, but between the shrapnel that had pierced his lung and Snake's bullet that was going to pierce his forehead, he didn't think that he was going get it.
Liquid closed his eyes and soon heard the gun fire. Strange, he didn't feel any pain. In fact, his chest pain was gone, too. Opening his eyes, he noticed that he was now in a building instead of his Hind's cockpit.]
Well. This is an interesting afterlife.

merylgearsolid. If you can imagine a Liquid who womanizes and wears a skimpy, unzipped jumpsuit, know that this is him.))

We're brother and sister. Any version of me that would be willing to hurt you isn't me. He's a fool who doesn't understand the basic concept of family. He isn't worth your time.

[Her hands go up, resting on his upper arms. This is...nicer than she would ever think it would be. It's safe.]

Forgive her this one weakness Gray Fox, Gustava...and Meryl. She holds him tightly as she tries to unsuccessfully fight back tears.]

[Wolf is glad she's feeling better, though.]
Let's see... The basics are always a good place to start. My name is James Clark, but people usually call me Liquid Wolf. I was born in England and became a member of the SAS at 18. During the Gulf War, I was captured by the enemy and held as a POW for two years. After I was freed, I began to specialize in helicopters.
In 2001, I joined FOXHOUND. Eventually, that led to the FOXHOUND Rebellion in 2005, led by our squad leader, Sniper Snake. I... joined because I thought her goals were the same as Big Boss's. I was thankful to her for saving me all those years ago. I was a fool. I don't think I ever really agreed with Big Boss's dream, and I ended up dying in my own helicopter's cockpit after fighting and losing against Silver Snake, the woman the government sent to take care of us.

[Her past isn't something she likes to discuss either.]
As far back as I can remember, I was raised by other people, mostly military staff. For the first ten years I lived on a military base, being trained to be the perfect soldier. I did get to get out and be a normal kid once every summer. I can't remember who used to take me though... [She rubs her head, thinking.] I'm sure I went though. I can smell the food.
I was in the Gulf War as well. If you had been in my unit, you wouldn't have had to sit in a prison that long, brother or not. After the war...I was put in FOXHOUND and trained by Big Boss himself in the art sneaking and CQC. I only use it when I no other choice though. Big Boss ended up betraying me and the others for the dream of Outer Haven. It was me who had to kill him.
[She looks up at him, guilty almost.] I...was taken here during my mission to quell the FOXHOUND Rebellion. After Ocelot had his fun torturing me.

[That... didn't sound like a good childhood in the least. This was the problem with cloning. The clones were never allowed to live their own lives.]
I'm pretty sure that the rebellion wasn't one of FOXHOUND's better ideas. It relied on tricking the intruder that we were nuclear-capable through extremely loud conversations and us sacrificing our lives. Thinking back on it, it's plans like those that make me wonder how Sniper became our leader.
Ocelot... I can't say I didn't like the old woman for her skills, at least, but I would have preferred that she kept her personal kinks out of the mission.

Are you saying that now because an Ocelot had a go at me?
[Delilah sighs and looks up at him, making eye contact.] Thank you for telling me everything.
no subject
Maybe. To be honest, I'm not sure.
You're welcome. Thank you for telling me, too.
