Killing them is a temporary solution.

You got two choices, you can try to get along or you incapacitate them. Either way, it's not much of a choice.

I can't just go about killing them; they have a policy of disproportionate retribution and would probably kill me and my allies here in various painful ways. And I can't really get along with them because they've already killed one of my allies and they're warped enough that I can't stay at ease around them.

Incapacitation is my best bet. Do you know any good ways of putting someone in a vegetative state quickly?

Brain damage would be my best guess. There are also a number of chemicals doctors use to induce comas, of course, then you have to keep them alive after.

I was thinking that as well, but how to do it? Gaseous agents are too unspecific, and I doubt I can corner all of them and cause brain damage physically. Further, they'd probably just kill the injured party and have them come back good as new if I didn't keep them away, so I'd need a containment system and a way to corner them. Chemicals or poisons would probably work best, but they probably keep a good eye out on their food.

Maybe if I got someone loyal to them that they trust and brought them to my side, or got one of those underlings to slip it to them unintentionally, that would work. I'd need to find out who they are and infiltrate, but I could probably pull it off...what do you think?

Infiltration doesn't seem to be a problem for most people here. If you can't find them, someone else will.

Thanks; I don't know why I didn't think of it myself. My opposite number on their side is supposedly very friendly; I'll ask around and see if anyone is close to him.

...Have you, by any chance, seen a large, heavily scarred man in a green vest who is surrounded by black insects? He's often accompanied by a blonde woman in black with a snake-shaped scar on her chest and a man in a red spacesuit with a flamethrower.

...Er, don't mistake them for the large man in yellow with gold insects, the woman in white or the black-suited astronaut. Some people here haven't seemed to realize that only the former ones are the torturous murderers and that the latter are on the side of...well, good (yes I realize that's cheesy) and are willing to help stop them.
