[stands there, unsure what to do] Guess I'll give it a shot. How does it work?

[motions towards the controls] Move your fighter with this stick, here--
and punch, kick, or guard using these buttons, respectively [shows him which ones]

You should probably pick...Lei. [points to the screen] Fast character, and good for someone new.

[positions himself at the 2P controls more than a little awkwardly, and it takes him a minute, but he manages to pick Lei]

Alright, got him. Now what?

[waits for him to start- and when he does, Hal will put up a good fight, but make it seem like Snake's winning]
