One Hal in a LOT of pain

 [After a particularly nasty altercation in the hallway (see: http://community.livejournal.com/fissionmailed/234275.html?thread=14055459#t14055459 ), Cybergoth!Hal is in a world of pain. Gut punched, pistol whipped and then stomped on by Metal Gear KODOQUE, Hal is hurt greatly, has a big bruise on his made-up face, and is listening to one of his favorite "angry" songs (see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-gp02VH2hM). Hal pushes up his glasses and lights up a cigarette]

Anyone want to comfort him?

I see.... [Stands there for a moment thinking.]

As far as I know he's never experienced anything like this before, at least while he was with my unit. It shouldn't last long. I hope.... Well, like I said we should probably just let him go through with it. There's not much else we can do.

Um- Commander, you know I respect you and trust you more than anything in the world, but if we're not in Shadow Moses anymore, then I'm really going to have to find out where they reassigned me.

Urgh- [He takes a step back, holding his stomach with a grimace.]

Johnny, you haven't been to Shadow Moses in nine years. You're in a building, a um, nexus right now. And you're having a flashback. [She really hopes she's handling this right....]

Are you okay? You need a bathroom?

[Johnny takes one step, then summarily faints on Meryl.]

[Meryl grabs Johnny, and holds him up awkwardly.] Ok, don't think we'll be needing the bathroom.

[She carefully lays him down on the floor.] Johnny, come on. Wake up. [She slaps him lightly on the face a few times.]

[After a few slaps, Johnny stirs, then opens an eye.]

[Johnny sits up cautiously.]

Feel kinda... hey, how'd I get on the floor?

[She reaches over to help him up.] You fainted on me, I laid you on the floor.

Hal offered his couch if you think you should lay down some more.

Nah. I'm good. [He picks himself up, dusting off his pants.]

Think I'm gonna go back down the hall and get some water, though. [He laughs sheepishly.] Sorry about all the trouble. I'll see you later, huh?

"You think he will be OK, Meryl?" [concerned]

[Also concerned] He seems okay now. That definitely wasn't normal though. I'll have to talk to him about when I get the chance. I don't think he even remembers what happened....

I can only hope that that was a one time thing, and it won't happen again.
