[Otacon did frequent the bars of the Nexus just to drink casually. He had taken a liking to some of the odd beers the Nexus was supplied with. This particular bar, however, wanted its visitors to drink a little more heavy. Emmerich looked up and noticed - ]
Shots Drank : 0/3
[ - above his head. The doctor looked at all the gin, vodka, rum, sake, and all other types of hard liquers that were available. He figured this effect room was the same as the other ones he had been in. He had to fill his counter to leave because the room would be inescapable otherwise. The man grabbed a spiced rum bottle and began to pour himself his first shot in a glass.]
Here goes nothing.
((OOC: There's only one little twist - People with nanomachines, cyborgs, machines, and others can get drunk in this room even if normally they couldn't. Drink 3 or more to leave.))
0/3
[And then he sees the Shots Drank: 0/3 sign above his head. Huh? To him, it's been years since he's bothered with alcohol seeing as it was pointless with his nanos. Oh well, might as well find something to drink.]

[Naomi hugs Vamp from the back.]
Wait... You're not honey... You're... Vamp.
no subject
[Vamp glances over his shoulder, smiling slightly at the sight of the familiar woman. He's glad enough to see her that he doesn't question the slip up.]
Queen~ [He turns around, wrapping his arms around her in return.]
no subject
You're so tall.
[Naomi digs her face into his chest then rests her head in his chest hair.]
no subject
And you appear to be somewhat drunk.
[A wonder, considering her nanos...]
Where have you been?
no subject
[Naomi cuddles her head into his chest hair - it was just so comfy. <3]
I was in my lab. I'm always in my lab.
no subject
[His hand moves up to the back of her head instead, amused by the way she's cuddling against him.]
Always? How long have you been here?
no subject
[Naomi closes her eyes, leaning into him more.]
no subject
That must be terrible for you...
[He picks her up suddenly, holding her like a bride as he plants a soothing kiss on her lips.]
no subject
Hm.~
[She kisses him back, running one of her hands through his slick black hair.]
0/3
[Of course, she also realized that Vamp was a very dangerous individual, but Jack's admission of being in love with a Vamp was far too intriguing not to at least investigate now that she had the chance. And if what Octopus said was true, about the denizens of the Nexus "adoring" her alternates, well it shouldn't be too hard to get some answers one way or another.]
[Still, she had to be cautious. Sidling up to the bar next to Vamp she smiled at him, trying to look as best she could like she had no idea who he was.]
I guess this is what they were talking about when they said watch out for the rooms here.
no subject
[Still, he knows better than to blindly trust anyone willingly to speak with him so casually. Putting on a dark smirk, he lets his eyes roam over the woman.]
Can't hold your liqueur~?
no subject
I'm a little bit of a lightweight, honestly. And I just don't like the idea of not being able to freely come and go without fulfilling a room's stipulations.
no subject
[He pours himself a shot of vodka, not expecting it to have any effect on him anyway.]
And who might you be?
no subject
[She scanned the bar. The problem was, it was the truth that she was a lightweight. She didn't want to go losing her senses and saying anything stupid.]
My name's Rose, and you are?
no subject
[He downs the shot before quickly pouring himself another, might as well get the requirements out of the way quickly.]
I am Vamp~ [The name doesn't mean anything to him at this point, but he does think she's pleasant enough to look at.]
no subject
There's even a room that changes your gender, I hear.
[She finally pours herself a drink, deciding she can sip at it for quite awhile.]
Vamp? [She quirks an eyebrow.] That's an interesting name.
no subject
[Well, well, those certainly do sound strange. He'd probably prefer to avoid the one that changes gender, anyway.]
Indeed. You've never heard of me?
[By now, he's quite well known... and he can't exactly blend in with a crowd.]
no subject
[She shook her head.]
I'm certain I would have remembered meeting someone like you.
no subject
[He likes attention damn it. And even if he's suspicious of this woman, she's certainly giving him that much.]
Not many people approach me for casual conversation.
no subject
[She gives a little bit of a shrug.]
I found myself trapped in this room. You just looked like one of the more... interesting individuals to converse with.
no subject
[He thinks he likes this woman. That could be because he enjoys compliments, no matter how ambiguous.]
Then would you care to drink together?
no subject
[She leaned against the counter, giving him a smile that usually managed to get her whatever she wanted from most
straightmen.]So tell me more about yourself~ It's not every day I meet someone like you.
no subject
I've been a soldier for some odd years now. I specialize in blades.
[And yet, he only has his combat knife on him at the moment. He still hadn't found proper clothes, forcing him to wander around in a pair of sweat pants until he can find something better.]
Yourself?
no subject
[She teased, working on drinking that vodka. Slowly. It wasn't her favorite, but she's had worse.]
I'm afraid I'm not nearly as interesting. I work a simple desk job. A data analyst.
