[The knock on the door of the one armed Liquid's house probably was unexpected.

That was alright. Liquid could wait. And when the door finally opened, there would be an interesting sight. A Liquid, no longer eyepatched, stood there before the door. His coat was fastened tightly up to his neck and there was an awkward expression on his face. Held gently in his hands, cradled against himself, was a pale gray kitten with big green eyes. It mewed impatiently squirming as if it sensed the awkwardness of the man holding it.]

After what I know of Ocelot, and how much scheming he's done against us in the future, I'm rather surprised for you pairing up with that young version.

[Liquid shifted uncomfortably. Considering the fact he was bandaged up under his coat after their little fun session following his alternate's leaving? He's not surprised his alternate is surprised.]

That Ocelot has not betrayed me yet.

I rather doubt he will, unless it's part of an elaborate sceme. He's strangely open about his attachment to you.

Oh, not really. Ocelot seems to attract them so I've gotten used to having them around.

Ocelot attracts them? Brother, there is so much to be said about your boyfriend, with a cat codename, attracting cats.

He's very catlike, too. In fact, the first time I met him, he ended up curled up in my lap.

My. It's rather impressive that you ended up with a human cat as your lover.

[Liquid bursts out laughing.]

[Liquid joined his alternate in laughter, then lifted his hand to cup that jawline]

He's quite interesting.

He is. [Liquid smiled contentedly.] He likes you, you know.

A trait you both share. [He leaned in, kissing him] I rather enjoy both of you as well.

Now that is a compliment. [Liquid chuckled lightly, returning the kiss.] I should hope so.

[He smirked against his alternate's lips] It's not every day I am pulled into a drunken pile and I enjoy it.

[Liquid felt his face burn a little.] Shush, you. That's embarassing.

I still rather enjoyed it. Under two men I trust...

You realise how many jokes I could make about that, don't you?

I do. And the fact it didn't happen wasn't from lack of trying on you and Ocelot's parts.

I don't recall trying anything. [He looked vaguely annoyed by the insinuation.]

You certainly did. But I'm quite aware you and Ocelot are very fond of me. It's addicting to know I can simply walk to your room and have a loving touch.
