As I promised...

[It's days like today that Solidus hates the Nexus.

As if he needed any more reminders that this was the anniversary of the day he dies - and the anniversary of last year in which he had a pressing date with a deranged version of Cyborg Raiden that resulted in him being nailed to a wall. That had been fun. Not. And of course, CODEC is not easily disabled. He didn't have the option.

He's hardly surprised that people tried to take over this place - he's tempted to do it just to ban Roses from using CODEC on April 29th.

...or April 30th.

In fact, ban April. It doesn't exist. Rewrite the calendar.

Stupid Nexus.

And of course Snake was missing.

This is why Solidus can be found carrying a small bag of provisions in one snake arm and a box in the other. He's planning to hole up in his room and ride the day out. Have a little "Fuck this Nexus" party in his room.
