Can Love Bloom in a Fascist Dictatorship?

[It had been two years since Operation Snake Eater. Two years since the day that Raikov's beloved Yevgeny Borisovitch Volgin had been cruelly taken from him. Ever since then, Raikov has been lost and confused, not sure who or what to believe in anymore. He was left mentally discouraged and alone. His only purpose was in his desire to someday get revenge on Naked Snake, the man who killed his lover, and reclaim The Philosopher's Legacy; and with it, fulfill Volgin's dream. What his dream was, he wasn't completely sure, but he knew it was his duty, in order to honor his fallen commander.]

[Reaching into his pocket he produced a photograph, its corners worn and it's picture almost obscured over the years, but Raikov treasured it (almost) more than the lightning-themed underwear his beloved always gave him on the holidays.]

Yevgeny... this is the year I will avenge you. [He vowed, placing a quick kiss on the picture before tucking it back into his pocket.]

[That is... if I can figure out where I am. He looked around at the unfamiliar walls. He had been trying to infiltrate an American government office, trying to learn the wherabouts of Naked Snake, now known as Big Boss, according to his sources, when he found himself lost in the seemingly endless maze of hallways.]

[Touching the familiar-shaped red marks on his face, he reminded himself that even lost in enemy territory. His beloved Yevgeny would be watching over him. So, with renewed courage, he continued forward in the strage place.]

((ooc: A new Raikov? What the heck am I thinking?))

. . .how the bloody hell am I supposed to do that?

[identity profile] liquidouroboros.livejournal.com 2009-10-04 08:08 pm (UTC)(link)
That's right. Are you perhaps out to kill him?

[identity profile] liquidouroboros.livejournal.com 2009-10-04 08:12 pm (UTC)(link)
Call it wishful thinking. You and I might well get along better than initially expected.

Well spotted. You're much smarter than Raiden.

That's the beautiful part. In this ridiculous place, death lasts a mere three days. We don't need to settle on only one method.

[Although Liquid had roved himself as the dominant twin on Shadow Moses, it would be very nice to get the revenge Snake had stolen from him.]

*proved, damned typos

[identity profile] liquidouroboros.livejournal.com 2009-10-04 08:38 pm (UTC)(link)
...No. We either have the decency to kill him outright, or not at all.

[If there was one thing Liquid would never do even with his cruel standards, it was torture.]

Sorry, I missed that one. ^^;;

Then we kill him again. And again. But I will not be involved in torture, is that clear?

xD

[identity profile] liquidouroboros.livejournal.com 2009-10-04 08:49 pm (UTC)(link)
...I suppose it depends on the specific method.

[Just like that revolting room of Ocelot's on Shadow Moses...disgusting.]

Hm...if it's not drawn out for too long, then that should be acceptable.

[He raised an eyebrow.]

No, I am Big Boss. Why?

It's this place. It sucks in different people from different times and places. Get used to it.

What must I do to prove it, Major Raikov?
