[Hal's found a room that looks like a giant arcade on the 7th floor! He's currently playing Street Fighter 2, but he's eying that Para Para Paradise machine to his left. Hmm.
Doesn't help that all the machines are set to free play, too. What a score!]
[eventually, Hal loses to Guile, and he heads over to the machine]
