Recovering and Building

[Cybergoth!Hal is currently sitting in his apartment on the 7th floor (door is near the Chibi Snake/Otacon's cardboard box fort), cigarette in mouth, still recovering from Raikov's molestation. In order to pass the time, he is building a robot. Anyone want to say hi?]
